Therapies

This is a general overview of the treatments used without getting into specifics:

IEMT - Integral Eye Movement Technique

Is a developing area in the brief change work process, that explores the area of undesired emotional and identity imprints. Unlike other treatments involving eye movements, with I.E.M.T. the eye movements are not random. This involves precise calibration to given patterns of eye movement directed by your practitioner, which you will be asked to simply follow, enabling change work to occur with precision and a remarkable speed in the blink of an eye.

NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming

NLP was developed out of the work done by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970's when they developed modelling programs of some of the greatest therapists around at that time. what they discovered then has been developed over the years, Neurolinguistics can be applied to many fields in life, including therapy education business, sale and personal development to name but a few, its main focus is on the language we use and how we organise things, and the way it influences the mind, our body and behavioural patterns.

Life Coaching

Life Coaching is a very practical approach to making change. It focuses on agreeing a way to make a specific change, like getting into the gym more regularly. Once the goal is set, I will work with you to encourage and motivate you to reach that goal.

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Hynosis has been around in one form or other for hundreds of years, Clinical Hypnotherapy Is the ability to agree with you to work with the subconscious mind, this is typically achieved through accessing a pleasant relaxed state, through association from past relaxing experiences while guiding you through inner conflicts that prevent you achieving what you are fully capable of achieving.  The type of Hypnosis I use is indirect and is usually based around a conversational format, turning your attention from the external to internal, this is blended in with other techniques during the session.
